2026 Annual Ethics and Harrassment & Discrimination Prevention Training
As mandated by the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act and the Executive Ethics Commission, all Authority staff and Board members must complete these trainings annually.
Please review the attached training packets:
* Ethics Training: Required within 30 days of commencement of office and annually thereafter, per 5 ILCS 430
* Harrassment & Discrimination Prevention (HDP) Training: Required annually per the same statutory guidelines provided above
After reviewing the training packets, please sign the certificate of completion (linked below) and return it to our team by December 31, 2026, to confirm that you have completed both trainings.
