All regular meetings of the authority will be held on the second Thursday of each month at 12:00 p.m. at 201 Clock Tower Drive, East Peoria, IL 61611. Meetings held on an as-needed basis.
Any person attending in person or by telephone and desiring to be heard is instructed to contact Warren Ribley at (866) 325-7525 by 5:00 pm the day prior to the start of the meeting.
